  1. Turn each of the base’s legs 90 degrees, providing better stabilization.
  2. Elongate the attachment sections of the pole; turn the base over and insert the pole.
  3. Pull the retractable banner up to the top of the pole.
  4. Attach the top panel clasp to the end of the pole.
